Delivery of online items only applies to addresses approximately within 5kms of our store at 12530 72nd Ave. Cougar Creek Garden Centre reserves the right to cancel delivery to addresses that pose logistic difficulties including, but not limited to, apartment complexes needing buzzer info or special instructions or rural locations that are hard to reach.
Delivery is a flat rate fee of to locations within approximately 5kms of our store on orders under $150. Please note, minimum orders may apply. Some items require truck delivery and may incur extra delivery fees. Orders over $150 dollars, and within the above 5km range, will receive no delivery charges. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before noon Pacific Standard Time and over $150 (before tax).
Items may be returned or exchanged if unopened and in their full packaging up to 14 days after purchase. Items may be returned in-store only. Returned online items must be accompanied by an email receipt. Returned funds will go back on to the original credit card.
Orders are processed 1-2 days after reception.
